The Break Up – Loose The Negativity

The Break Up

Today, I’d like to touch quickly upon a subject that I’ve received a lot of questions about in the past.

Almost every day, I get e-mails from people from all walks of life – but there’s something a lot of them have in common…
…They’re just burning to have revenge on their ex!

“How can I get back at my ex”

“I hate him, how can I make it tough for him”

“Just wait till I find out who her new guy is, I’ll let him know all her little secrets”

Whatever their reasons, I can often tell the traces of anger,
frustration and, yes, even vindictiveness, in their messages…

And that’s something I’d like to warn you about.

You see, if really, really want to get your ex back, you need to start by letting go of the negativity you may be feeling towards them…

I know it’s not easy – and that with some break-ups, you have every reason to hate your ex. But the truth is, going back into a relationship with a person you still harbor lingering resentment against isn’t going to do you any good.

Such a relationship cannot last. In the end, it will fall apart – and you’ll be as much hurt by it as your ex… again…

So this is just something for you to think about. If you still feel negativity towards your ex, maybe you need to take
some extra time to work through these issues before getting back in touch.

I know that forgiving and forgetting is so very, very hard – but it’s something you gotta try to do…

Then move on to something more productive. Move on to steps that will get your ex back, steps that are positive and have worked magnificently for thousands of others around the world

What I need you to take away today is simply this – Loose the negativity!
