Does Your Ex Still Have Feelings For You?

One of the challenges you face is knowing when your ex is “into you” again. If they are, can you read the signals?

Being able to identify the signals, and then knowing what to do with them, is crucial to your success.

Make sure you read and understand the messages your ex is sendingthrough their behavior and body language.

Here’s a few things to look for….

1. Eye contact. Nothing communicates and sends signals as much

as your eyes. And the best way to do that is with eye contact.

When your ex looks at you, maintain eye contact. If they pull

away, chances are they are uncomfortable with you at the moment. If

their eyes stay connected with yours, chances are he or she is

interested in you again.

But make sure you are “listening” to the eyes as well. What

emotion do they show? Are they frustrated? Angry? Inviting?

2. Listening skills. Research has demonstrated time and time

again that our favorite subject to talk about is ourselves.

But we’re smart enough to know that when we are interested in

someone, it’s best to focus on the them.

So if you find your ex is suddenly interested again in you, and

what you’ve been up to, take that as a sign. If he or she is

genuinely interested in you, it will show. Just make sure to

reciprocate and show genuine interest and care in them as well

3. Touching. This one’s simple. If your ex is touching you

during conversation, chances are pretty good that the interest in

you is there again.

Show your interest through light touching as well. Just be mindful

to return the same level of touching that you are receiving and

don’t go overboard.

4. Personal space. If you find your ex is suddenly in your

personal space, you can draw a few conclusions.

One, they are comfortable with you.

Two, they *want* to be close to you

Three, either consciously or subconsciously, they want to see if

you want to be close to them as well. Make sure you don’t pull

away – remember, you’re sending signals too!
